My child gets frequent headaches. What could be the cause?

Common causes include dehydration, insufficient sleep, eye strain (get vision checked), stress, or skipping meals. Keep a headache diary noting timing, triggers, and duration. If headaches are severe, frequent, wake the child from sleep, or are accompanied by vomiting or vision changes, see your pediatrician promptly.
