Apps like Headspace (has a teen section), Calm, and Insight Timer offer guided meditations tailored to adolescents. Teens may prefer mindful movement (yoga, tai chi, walking meditation) over sitting still. Journaling, body scans, and progressive muscle relaxation are also effective. Frame mindfulness as a performance tool ('athletes and musicians use it') rather than a wellness lecture. Programs for teens ages 13–17 are available through many community centers.
