My baby has a runny nose and cough. When should I worry?
Most colds resolve in 7–10 days. See your doctor if symptoms last more than 10 days, the baby has difficulty breathing, pulls at ears persistently, has a fever above 100.4°F under 3 months (or prolonged fever over 3 months), or refuses to drink.
