My preschooler only wants to eat the same foods every day. Is this okay?
Food jags (insisting on the same food repeatedly) are common at this age. Continue offering a variety alongside the preferred food. Don't force new foods; instead involve them in grocery shopping and cooking. Most children outgrow this phase. Ensure they're getting basic nutrition through what they do eat.
