My toddler is a very picky eater. What should I do?

Picky eating is developmentally normal at this age. Continue offering a variety of foods without pressure. It can take 15–20 exposures before a child accepts a new food. Serve meals family-style, let them see you eating the same foods, and avoid making separate 'kid meals.'
