How do I manage feeding schedules and sleep routines while traveling with a baby?

Flexibility is key — travel will disrupt routines, and that's okay. For feeding, pack more supplies than you think you'll need (formula, snacks, nursing covers). For sleep, bring familiar items (sleep sack, white noise machine, favorite lovey) to recreate the sleep environment. Try to maintain approximate timing for naps and bedtime even if the location changes. Babies under 12 months adjust more easily than toddlers. Allow 2–3 days for jet lag adjustment on longer trips. Discuss travel health precautions with your pediatrician before departure.
