My child wants to skip breakfast. Should I insist?

Breakfast helps with concentration and energy at school. Rather than forcing, offer quick appealing options: fruit with yogurt, toast with peanut butter, or a smoothie. Some children genuinely aren't hungry first thing—a portable snack for the bus or mid-morning may be a compromise.
