How do I handle sibling rivalry between my toddler and a new baby?

Regression (wanting a bottle, acting like a baby) is completely normal and temporary. Name your toddler's feelings: 'It's okay to feel jealous — the baby gets a lot of attention right now.' Give them age-appropriate helper roles: fetching diapers, singing to the baby, or picking out the baby's outfit. Carve out short windows of one-on-one time daily — even 10 minutes of undivided attention helps. Consult your pediatrician if aggressive behavior toward the baby persists.
