My child is being bullied at school. What should I do?

Listen without judgment and validate their feelings. Document incidents with dates and details. Contact the teacher and school administration. Teach your child assertive responses ('Stop that. I don't like it.') and to walk away and seek adult help. Role-play scenarios at home. Monitor for signs of anxiety or depression. If the school doesn't act, escalate to the principal or school board.
